‘Ndrangheta Mafia bomb court house

A powerful bomb was used to blow up a court room building in Reggio Calabria. The bomb was exploded at the entry way of the building which hold the court prosecutors. Police say the bomb was made out of a gas cylinder with explosives somehow attached to it. Police report that no on was injured in the explosion.

The ‘Ndrangheta or the Calabrian Mafia has been linked to the bombing. Police say they have secutirty camera footage that show’s two men on vespa scooters pulling up and placing the bomb. The men could not be identified from the footage but police will continue to look it over.

Organized crime experts in the region say that this is a attempt by the ‘Ndrangheta to scare judges and prosector’s of the court. This is a typical show of force from the calabrian mafia who often use this kind of intimidation. Agazio Loiero was quoted as saying the people of calabria stand behind the judges and prosecutors of Reggio and they will not be intimidated from doing there jobs.
